On Friday, October 31st, our Elementary Student Council will host its next Spirit Day: Story/Comic Book Character Day! Students in Kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to dress as a character from their favorite story or comic book that day. Participating student......More

On Friday, October 31st, our Elementary Student Council will host its next Spirit Day: Story/Comic Book Character Day! Students in Kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to dress as a character from their favorite story or comic book that day. Participating students who have a copy of the story or comic book featuring their character should feel free to bring it to share during morning homeroom/circle time. Students can wear a hat or headband but no face coverings/masks. No other costume props allowed. Examples could be a character from Harry Potter, Pete the Cat, Percy Jackson, Avengers comics, or Justice League comics. Remember that spirit day dress down items/clothing must be school appropriate. If students are using their spirit day dress down inappropriately, teacher(s) can ask them to remove the spirit day item(s) or change.
